The 20th Red Cross International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Moot 2022

In light of the recent pandemic of the COVID-19, the Hong Kong Red Cross (HKRC) and the ICRC Beijing Delegation (ICRC) decide to conduct the 2022 edition of IHL Moot Court Competition for Asia-Pacific region (IHL Moot) through submission of memorials and with virtual oral hearings.

Objectives
- Raise awareness of international humanitarian issues among law students
- Enhance knowledge and application of international humanitarian law (IHL) rather than black letter law
- Promote the spirit of humanity among law students in the Asia-Pacific region
- Promote understanding on the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement
