Disaster Relief Service - Introduction
The Local Disaster Relief Service supports local communities affected by disasters or emergency incidents, and cases referred by government departments and other social service organizations, with clothing and daily necessities to meet their basic needs. Pre-positioned stocks of new clothing bundles, sweaters, jackets, blankets, quilts and daily necessities such as toothpaste, toothbrush and shampoo are stored at the Hong Kong Red Cross Local Disaster Relief Materials Handling Centre located in West Kowloon. To apply for the local disaster relief service, please fill in the following form and the agency letter with agency background and service target, and return to: Local Disaster Relief Service, Community Care Service Department, Hong Kong Red Cross, 19 Hoi Ting Road, West Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Moreover, Relief materials will be delivered by our staff and volunteers in times of emergencies, such as fire, floods, landslide, etc., Apart from tangible assistance, psychological support service will also be offered to the people in need.
