Administrative Executive (Corporate Service)
Job Purpose:
This position is to provide Corporate Service and Agency Support on Green initiatives, hospitality visits, administrative and clerical support and agency event logistics support. S/he will provide administrative and logistics support to ensure implementation and execution of action plans of Corporate Service functions in a quality, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative and logistics support to implement Green initiatives and execute Green projects to induce and enhance better engagement of colleagues and foster green culture of the Agency including but not limit to venue arrangement, sourcing for green initiatives services, assist in conducting survey
- To assist Manager in organizing hospitality visits and Agency events including but not limit to venue arrangement, administrative and logistics support, guest registration and reception, service sourcing and handle finance related tasks
- To provide support to admin. & reception service including but not limited to: hotline enquires handling, help desk service support, outside work (visit banks or post offices)
- To assist Manager in data compiling and record filing to ensure proper filing to comply with internal guidelines, conduct analysis and prepare statistical report
- To assist Manager to uphold data accuracy at Volunteer Management System contributed by internal stakeholders to facilitate proper record management
- To support in record management including register and update community partners information, scan and register important documents
Requirements:
- 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE (including English and Chinese) or equivalent; or
- University Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in social science stream
- 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
- Genuine commitment to human services
- Knowledge of operation environment and culture of nonprofit organizations
- Flexible personality, initiative with mind-set for improving service quality, analytical thinking, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-minded, good interpersonal skill and demonstrates trustworthiness
- Good written and oral communication, responsible, good team player and able to work independently
- Good time management and able to work under pressure
- Excel in data processing applications and knowledge in other office 365 applications
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered

Contract Period: 1 year
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays (44 hours per week)
