Scheme Introduction
The Humanitarian Trainee Scheme aims at providing 1-year traineeship opportunities to new graduates of universities or other tertiary educational institutions in Hong Kong. Blended with practical working experience and diversified learning opportunities, you will be inspired and exposed to our humanitarian service for your future career growth in the humanitarian sector.

August 2022 – August 2023 (1-year full-time contract)
5-day work week (44 working hours per week)
Job Content
During the 1-year traineeship, Humanitarian Trainees will receive rotational job attachments in 2 different departments / teams and have the opportunities to participate in large-scale projects in order to widen the horizon.

Remuneration
HK$15,000 per month
Requirements
- Interested in exploring a career in humanitarian sector and passionate in social service
- Fresh graduate in year 2022 in any discipline with Bachelor Degree, Associate Degree or Advanced Diploma from tertiary education institutes or universities in Hong Kong
- Self-starter, responsible, mature, creative, able to work independently, with good communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Proficient in written and spoken English or Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Google Docs
- Knowledge in graphic design and / or video production will be an advantage
