Shall We Talk : Youth to Talk
About Youth to Talk
The Hong Kong Red Cross is dedicated to protecting human life, caring for the health of the vulnerable and respecting human dignity. Youth aged between 12 and 35 who have encountered or witnessed emergency or critical incidents, such as accidents, bullying, violence, relationship breakdown, family changes (such as divorce, injury or death of family members, or loss of loved ones), etc., resulting in mental stress and emotional distress can benefit from this service. Youth to Talk provides short-term psychological counseling which focuses on emotional support and goal setting. It is managed by our registered psychologists and PFAiders who have completed psychological first-aid training. The services offered include face-to-face, online or telephone support, all of which are free of charge.
