- Please provide a brief description on the story behind the submission in association with the theme with not more than 100 words. If there is more than one submission, please make copies of Enrollment form for individual submissions.
- There is no limitation on the number of submissions, but at most only one submission will be selected as winning entry for each category.
- The decision made by the Assessment Panel will be final.
- All submission must be of original production without prior publication or display. If any images, music or video clips are added, they should be free from any claim of copyright or have all necessary licenses, permissions, approvals and consents required. Participants should indicate respective information on the Enrollment Form as appropriate and necessary. Participants should ensure that the submissions will not infringe any intellectual right of third party. Otherwise, eligibility will be rescinded and HKRC reserves the right to claim for compensation from the respective participants.
- All submissions will not be returned. Once submitted, HKRC will acquire the right to amend, reproduce, display publicly, use, uploading to internet or other media, for promotional or educational purpose without prior consent of the participants or make payments, until such right is forfeited by the HKRC.
- Members of the Organizing Committee for the 60th Anniversary Celebration are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
- HKRC reserves the right to amend the above rules.
