Nomination Procedure

The candidates must be nominated by an individual or by a public/private organization registered in HK. The candidate cannot be self-nominated nor nominated by a relative.

Members of the Selection Panel are not eligible for nomination or to nominate.

Individual can only make one nomination in one single year.

Nomination form should be signed by both individual or public /private organization nominating and the nominee.

Supporting document(s) and recommendation letter(s) should be provided if necessary.
