Basic requirements
- 3 year post-qualification work experience
- Good spoken and written English, French an advantage
- Able to work under pressure and in adverse conditions
- Willing to accept challenge to work in multi-cultural environment
- Strongly motivated by humanitarian work
Hong Kong Red Cross provides volunteers with:
- Travel arrangement, visas and relevant vaccination
- Return air tickets from home to mission, transportation, and accommodation in the mission country
- Medical insurance
- Letter of request and statement for mission
Also, we offer:
- Training prior to departure
- In-house or overseas training on disaster knowledge
- Support before, during and after mission

- Fill in the volunteer registration form and return by email / fax

- Hong Kong Red Cross will conduct initial screening
- Selected applicants will be invited to send CV
- Interviews will be arranged
- It may take several months for the whole process
